The Road to Christianity

As my brother told me the road to christianity is never that easy. Everytime i walk at the streets here with the wind blowing so cold, i could see that my walk to God's throne is just like this road. You get to meet people, people you know and people you don't. You smile at them, you ignore ... If you stop you'd definitely not get where you're going on time. If you look back, the same thing is going to happen, you'll be late or you'll stumble. I'm glad God has brought me to His arms. In my stay here in Korea, which is almost a year, i have learned so many lessons in life. I always pray that i'd be a blessing to my sister's family, but it is them who brought a blessing to my life. God has let me see of what lies ahead. Building relationships, building a family...

Somehow, i've always wanted to go home... but there are just things that you couldn't decide on your own. I have to think that there are people around me, my family, and i am not alone. Things may seem to be good, but God definitely wants for my best. Although i've always wanted to spend my birthday back at home with my brother and my parents, I just couldn't. Although i've always wanted to spend christmas with them, knowing that it'll be there last christmas in Philippines, i just couldn't. I always put in mind that things just don't happen the way you want them to be. Everything happens for a reason and a purpose. I may not know it, only God knows! I just have to trust Him.

Yesterday, God has spoke to me through His word... Luke 1:37 "For with Him, nothing is impossible." Isn't that amazing?! Pastor Kent would always say to pray and pray. God's answer may be a 'yes', or a 'no' or a 'wait'... but still God answers our prayers. I do have prayers and requests each night... God hears them i know!
